The stories mean a lot more than than just wonderful tales. They are books of memories. The bedtime rituals of snuggling under a duvet listening to Where The Wild Things Are' Hot summer days and lying on the grass engrossed in Handa's Surprise and passing the time reading Percy The Park Keeper on a flight to see Daddy in Switzerland. In time, I hope the same books will be read to my granddaughter who will also love and treasure them.<br />Meanwhile I still get to read to my class of 5 year olds every day. It's the one thing that keeps them totally captivated. And do you know which books the choose the most frequently? Yep..it's those well loved, timeless classics!
